FUTURAI is a global, non-custodial prediction-markets technology provider. We process personal data to operate the platform, meet applicable legal obligations, and keep the service secure. We aim to collect only what is necessary and to be transparent about how it is used.
We use data to provide and secure the service, verify identity, process on-chain settlement, comply with AML obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
Processing relies on bases such as execution of a contract, legal obligation (KYC/AML), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), and consent where required.
We may share data with verification and payment providers, infrastructure partners, and authorities where legally required. Partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Transactions recorded on a public blockchain are, by design, visible and permanent. Linkage to your civil identity depends on the data actually collected and applicable rules.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and you share responsibility by protecting your credentials. Because the platform is non-custodial, your keys and funds remain under your control, in your own wallet or in on-chain escrow via smart contract.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about processing, and you may object to or restrict certain uses. Requests are handled through the channels below.
Where data is processed outside your country, we use safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law, such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent GDPR-standard mechanisms.
The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
